The Ironman 5150, which took place in Bela Bela last week, further promoted the Skechers Performance name among triathletes. Apart from exposure as the official footwear and apparel sponsor, Skechers Performance athletes took to the podium and achieved personal bests.
Bryan Difford (top) won his age group and came second overall, wearing Skechers Performance GOmeb Speed 4. He is now gearing up for the Ironman World Champs.
Ewert Kleyhans (above), who raced in the Skechers Performance GOmeb Speed 4, won his age group and came 5th overall. He was also the 3rd fastest runner.
Gavin Mofsowitz (below right), also wears Skechers Performance GOmeb Speed 4 and came third in his age group, while Darren Lang (below left) came fourth in his age group, racing in the same Skechers Performance model.
Robbie Gien raced in the Skechers Performance GOrun 5, and came 7th in his age group and 35th overall. He also achieved his personal best.
Skechers Performance also gave every participant in the Ironman 5150 a gift card of R 150.
