When the new jersey sponsor of the Stormers and Western Province is announced on Friday (14th) it will not be one of the two main Super Rugby team suppliers adidas or Canterbury. Retailers would already have been alerted to the identity of the new supplier, which we may only reveal on Friday.

With all five the New Zealand teams playing in adidas, the brand is currently the supplier of most of the Super Rugby teams. Canterbury sponsors two South African teams – Sharks and Lions as well as the Sunwolves from Japan and Australia’s Waratahs.

PUMA sponsors the Bulls and until the new Stormers sponsor is officially named, the following brands also sponsor one team each: BLK (Rebels), Dynasty Sports (Reds), O’Neills (Brumbies) and Nike (Jaguares).
